RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At SETR ABBAYA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return and refund conditions before placing your order.

RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn, unused, unwashed, and free from odors or stains
• In its original condition and packaging
• Returned with all original tags and accessories
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, contact us at support@setrabbaya.com and include your order number and the reason for your return.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping when returning an item because of a change of mind, color preference, or sizing choice.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. SETR ABBAYA is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@setrabbaya.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. If the claim is approved, SETR ABBAYA will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or full refund.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the order has not already been processed or shipped.

After an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the regular return process.

EXCHANGES

For a different color or size, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any shipping cost associated with the replacement item, unless the original item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Items without their original tags or packaging
• Gift cards
• Items clearly marked as Final Sale
