SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high demand.

SHIPPING RATES

• Tracked shipping: $19.99 for orders under $100.
• Free U.S. shipping: Available on orders of $100 or more.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Estimated transit time is 5–8 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control may occur.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
